Bodybuilding Introduction

Bodybuilding is the art of showing the muscles of the physical body. A man or a woman  who is involved in this type of activity is called bodybuilder. In the contest bodybuilders display their physiques to a panel of judges, who assign points based on their artistic shape of the body appearance.


Bodybuilders prepare themselves for contest by boost the size of a muscle by bodybuilding techniques, bodybuilding exercises  and with techniques steroids. Bodybuilders need proper training and diet to make themselves fit for bodybuilding contests.


The world most famous bodybuilders consist of Charles Atlas, Reg Park, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Steve Reeves, Mike Mentzer, Lou Ferrigno, Serge Nubret, Larry Scott, Ronnie Coleman, and Jay Cutler. Currently, the International Federation of Bodybuilding & Fitness (IFBB) professional bodybuilder Phil Heath from the United States holds the title of Mr. Olympia 2011.

Mamoun bodybuilding is more popular as in men and I thing women are more conscious about their health and physique than men, so how bodybuilding is concern only for man.
